The company's Studio Metrics & Strategy DSE team is pivotal in enhancing Content Operations & Innovation by utilizing data. This role involves working closely with the EMEA Content Production & Promotion teams to optimize content production strategies.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Serve as the first Applied Inference Data Scientist within the Content Production Data Science & Engineering team.
• Collaborate with Content Operations & Innovation leaders to identify and implement metric and analytic enhancements.
• Advance content operations efficiency by applying analytics and causal inference methods.
• Lead the design, analysis, and interpretation of experimental projects.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build strong partnerships with business and product stakeholders to promote data-informed decision-making.
• Work with global data scientists and analytics engineers to extract insights from operational data.
• Educate regional offices on existing research data solutions.

This role requires you to have:

• Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience with causal inference methods and experimentation.
• Expertise in SQL and Python.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Self-starter with a curious mindset, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
