As a certified B-Corp, Orbisk has been pivotal in eliminating significant amounts of food waste globally and now seeks a Senior Data Engineer to continue their impactful journey.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and build core data pipeline infrastructure.
• Ingest data from internal and external sources into pipelines.
• Manage data storage, processing, and orchestration on Google Cloud Platform for reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with the software, AI, and data analysis teams.
• Provide tailored data solutions for customer needs.

This role requires you to have:

• 6+ years of relevant experience with a Computer Science background.
• Expertise in Python, SQL, Dataform, and Terraform.
• Experience in designing and maintaining data pipelines.

You would benefit from having:

• Familiarity with Apache Beam and containerization.
• Experience with building real-time data pipelines.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ELT, particularly with BigQuery.
