The company is hiring two Commercial Data Lake Analysts to enhance its data-driven strategies, aiming to leverage analytics for informed decision-making, improving commercial outcomes, and discovering new growth avenues across various markets.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain CDL dashboards and reports for RTM or BPM/RGM needs.
• Collaborate with teams and partners to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Support data discovery and address data gaps for business alignment.
• Create interactive Power BI dashboards with drill-down features.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for RTM strategy tools.
• Oversee multi-country project execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead advanced analytics and AI initiatives for predictive modeling.
• Advise on process improvements and data governance practices.
• Provide training and support to enhance tool adoption.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree with 4-7 years in a similar FMCG role.
• Expertise in Power BI, data analytics tools, and SAP, Nielsen, Circana.
• Experience in RTM, sales analytics, or BPM/RGM roles.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
