The Capability Expert/Data Analyst is pivotal within the Ultrasound Business, tasked with driving business optimization, improving quality, and ensuring compliance for enhanced customer experiences.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Identify and propose business improvement opportunities with Ultrasound marketing and sales teams.
• Design and implement a business capability roadmap alongside M2O Centers of Excellence and IT teams.
• Lead Process/Subject Matter Experts in managing process, data, and competency changes.
• Ensure accurate performance reporting and compliance in business capability usage.
• Influence commercial excellence, compliance, and value delivery improvements.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, regional teams, and Centers of Excellence.

This role requires you to have:

• Proven track record in business capability development and implementation with a minimum of 5 years.
• Experience in data analysis.
• Experience in data modelling and process modelling.
• Ability to manage and influence stakeholders and lead SME networks.

You would benefit from having:

• Proficiency in Business Process Management/Management Systems/Quality Management Systems.
• Modelling experience with ARIS.
• Relevant qualifications in business, technology, or related fields, with a preference for a master's degree.
