In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Enrich FinCX insights with data analysis in a global context
• Provide support for data-driven projects and act as a business partner
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to enhance business knowledge
• Proactively recommend improvements for FinCX products

• Strong knowledge in dashboarding tools such as PowerBI
• At least 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role
• Solid stakeholder management and business acumen
• Basic understanding of SQL
