Provincie Flevoland is looking for a dedicated Data-Analyst Mobility to join their expert mobility team. This role is crucial for underpinning the region's mobility policies with robust data and analytics. The analyst will be part of a forward-thinking team focused on improving data accessibility for residents and driving new initiatives.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze, process, and monitor traffic intensities including noise analyses, zoning plans, and maintenance analyses.
• Conduct analyses on data from 28 permanent bicycle counting points.
• Monitor the Regional Mobility Program and associated indicators.
• Serve as the point of contact for traffic models within Provincie Flevoland.
• Advise on traffic models and interpret results for mobility projects.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in the field and provide advice.

This role comes with the following benefits:

• Monthly salary ranging from € 4.232,08 to € 5.972,80 (scale 11) based on the Cao-provincies 2023.

This role requires you to have:

• Completed HBO/WO education in mobility-related fields (e.g., Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Planning, Social Geography).
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience as a data analyst, researcher, or advisor.
• Experience in monitoring and maintaining policy issues and data analyses.
• Affinity with mobility.
• Passion for working with numbers.
• Knowledge of traffic models.
• Proficiency in the Dutch language (spoken and written).
