As part of the Data & Insights team within the Segment Value Proposition Private Customers, the role focuses on leveraging data to drive strategic ambitions and improve customer experiences for over 8.3 million clients. Success in this position is measured by increased customer satisfaction and higher commercial outcomes.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct data analyses to generate insights and present them to stakeholders.
• Utilize Descriptive and Advanced Analytics to improve customer journeys across various channels.
• Support the enhancement of Data Literacy within the Private Customers segment.
• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize performance metrics.
• Identify actionable leads through data analysis to boost commercial opportunities.

This role requires you to have:

• HBO/WO level of education
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of banking processes, particularly in daily banking or housing
• Experience with Python or SQL and Advanced Analytics
