The role is pivotal within the Tribe Business Intelligence & Analytics, which focuses on performance, risk, and management accounting reporting. This position contributes to delivering reliable data and innovative insights for internal clients.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Serve as a key contact for complex financial queries within an Agile setting.
• Act as a critical advisor for the Management and Risk landscape.
• Manage and refine end-to-end reporting processes, ensuring data processing and customer satisfaction.
• Engage with diverse international stakeholders and colleagues.
• Configure information on the Samas application to guide the bank’s risk handling.

This role requires you to have:

• Master's degree in Business Economics, IT, or Finance.
• Proficient in advanced data analysis and management accounting.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Able to separate main issues from minor details and set priorities.
• Result-oriented, independent, eager to learn, and capable of motivating colleagues.
• Experience with change processes in an Agile environment.
