Rabobank ICT offers an opportunity in their Early Career program for aspiring Data Scientists with a passion for data analysis and problem-solving. Participants will develop expertise in data science applications, particularly in Customer Due Diligence, over an 18-month program that blends professional training with hands-on experience. The role contributes to Rabobank's mission of ensuring financial integrity through advanced data methodologies.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze customer data to identify and assess potential risks and suspicious activities.
• Utilize statistical and machine learning models for data evaluation.
• Contribute to the Data & Analytics Community by sharing insights and participating in innovation activities like workshops and hackathons.
• Promote a data-driven approach across business activities within the company.

This role comes with the following benefits:

• Gross monthly salary between €3,179 and €4,540 for a 36-hour week.
• Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance.

This role requires you to have:

• Master’s degree or doctorate in fields such as Data Science, Econometrics, or similar.
• 0-2 years of related work experience.
• Living in the Netherlands.
• Proficiency in Python (PySpark) and/or SQL.
• Excellent English communication abilities.
