This role requires collaboration with various systems to provide user-friendly reporting and insights.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Engage with account managers to compile and summarize data for decision-making.
• Collaborate across departments to transform data into actionable insights.
• Ensure data requirements fit strategic initiatives.
• Align data metrics and practices with department standards.
• Lead training for stakeholders to utilize reporting.
• Improve reporting capabilities by sharing best practices.
• Roll out dashboards and support project-related initiatives.
• Advise on reporting direction based on stakeholder feedback.
• Identify and address potential biases in reporting.
• Standardize and integrate regional insights into internal reports.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in data reporting and analysis.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with supply chain traceability.
• Practical experience with Rainforest Alliance systems.
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools.
• Advanced Excel skills.
