The role involves extracting and interpreting key insights from data to address complex leadership questions, impacting client interactions and industry knowledge.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Extract insights from cloud-based data platform for CEO/Board analytics.
• Contribute to research on leadership, culture, and performance.
• Manage and develop Spencer Stuart Board Index and Client Insights Database.
• Deliver insights through various mediums, including dashboards and custom data files.
• Advise stakeholders on data-driven approaches to insight generation.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, data/business analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or data science.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation.
• Experience in collaborative research and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex data insights.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with Python for data analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query.

The position requires working within the Amsterdam office and involves collaborating with various internal stakeholders, including the Data Engineering Team and Industry/Function Practice Directors.
