In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Extract insights from cloud-based data platforms.
• Lead research at the junction of leadership attributes and performance.
• Mentor junior analysts and manage ad hoc and recurring analyses.
• Collaborate with data engineering on developing the cloud data platform.
• Deliver insights through databases, data files, and dashboards.
• Generate and advise on data-driven insights for stakeholders.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in SQL for complex queries.
