In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Collaborate on developing accurate sales forecasts and setting targets.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to communicate sales insights and performance metrics.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of sales trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Work cross-functionally with finance, marketing, and operations teams.
- Monitor the effectiveness of sales programs and provide optimization recommendations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and drive continuous improvement.

This role requires you to have:
- 4+ years of total work experience with 3+ years in Sales Ops, Ad Ops, or Customer Success Ops.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with Dynamics 365, Google Ad Manager, Excel, Confluence, and Asana.
- Proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
