Swisscom, Switzerland’s leading IT & Telecom company, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their Local Service Team. This role involves driving digital transformation through high-quality dashboard solutions and fostering collaboration with stakeholders.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze complex data sets for actionable insights.
• Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses.
• Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and develop solutions.
• Support stakeholders in leveraging dashboards for decision-making.
• Enhance data quality, visualization techniques, and backend coding.
• Maintain ETL pipelines and oversee deliverable planning.
• Align business requirements with technology solutions.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or engineering.
• Proficiency in Tableau and other data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Proficient in Python with libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
• Understanding of backend development principles.
• Experience in data modeling and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
