Data Analist Online Intelligence

Tempo-Team, part of Randstad Group Netherlands, is looking for a Data Analyst to join their Online Intelligence team. This team focuses on data collection, analysis, reporting, and providing advice to enhance decision-making. The successful candidate will work at the intersection of IT and marketing, playing a critical role in supporting online and e-commerce environments.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Automate and unlock new data sources in collaboration with Data Engineering colleagues
• Develop dashboards and reports for online intelligence, including end-to-end insights and conversion optimization
• Advise colleagues and management based on data findings, both requested and unsolicited
• Guide colleagues on the use and interpretation of reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with Data Science colleagues to build new marketing models

This role comes with the following benefits:

• A gross monthly income between €3,000 and €5,000

This role requires you to have:

• A completed HBO or WO (Bachelor/Master) education
• Minimum of two years' experience in an analytical or data role, preferably within a marketing department
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with ETL processes
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or PowerBI
• Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English

You would benefit from having:

• Knowledge of Python/R and data modeling is a plus
• Experience with Google Analytics and BigQuery is a plus
