In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities and provide data-driven insights.
• Validate and analyze developed opportunities for their business impact.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators, addressing issues proactively.
• Enable teams to use data independently through self-service dashboards.
• Promote best practices in analytics and decision-making across the organization.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in Decision Science or Data Analytics.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Skilled in using BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Knowledge of statistical methods, including A/B testing and regression analysis.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Fluency in English.
