As they grow, there's a need for further decision support using people data. The role is based in a team that accelerates people analytics, working with systems like Workday and Greenhouse.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Build People Analytics products and enhance a data-driven culture.
• Understand business problems and help leaders create data-supported solutions.
• Manage dashboards and analysis across the Employee Life Cycle.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects within the People team.

This role requires you to have:

• HR domain expertise
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills
• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power Bi
• Proficiency in Google Sheets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

You would benefit from having:

• Hands-on experience in statistics and advanced analysis
• Knowledge of statistical programming languages like R, Python
• Ability to use SQL
• App scripting in Google Sheets
