The Data Analyst role exists to drive the impact of War Child's programs by providing data-driven insights and strategic analysis. Collaborating closely with the Programme Quality team, the analyst will ensure the effective management and utilization of data in support of War Child's core objectives.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards using Power BI and other BI tools.
- Implement strategies for easy extraction and cleaning of data sources.
- Analyze and interpret data, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Produce detailed analytical reports on key quality of care indicators.
- Ensure the integrity and reliability of data through quality assessments.
- Create various data visualizations to aid different audiences in decision-making.
- Strengthen data analysis capabilities within the organization.
- Contribute to the development and operationalization of the Data Strategy.

This role requires you to have:
- Relevant education in Computer Science, Data Analysis or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years in data analytics and experience in conflict settings.
- Expertise with Power BI and PowerQuery.
- Advanced skills in statistical analysis using R, Python or other languages.
You would benefit from having:
- Master's level education.
- Knowledge of French, Spanish or Arabic.
- Understanding of localisation and inclusion in humanitarian aid.
