In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data from multiple sources, including ERP and E-Commerce platforms.
- Create reports for various departments based on available data.
- Identify trends and provide periodic recommendations to management.
- Automate administrative tasks using programming languages such as JavaScript and Python.
- Collaborate with partners to enhance the website and test new features.
- Gather and resolve customer feedback to improve website usability.
- Update price lists periodically.
