Zivver is looking for a Data Analyst passionate about technology and data to identify revenue opportunities and improve customer support. This role involves building roadmaps, leading key projects to scale sales and marketing processes, and gaining a comprehensive view of customers.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to scope, roadmap, and implement new tooling solutions.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and metrics for monitoring revenue performance.
- Optimize sales, marketing, and customer success processes.
- Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate information for the teams.
- Maintain the technology platform and provide user support.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights for revenue operations.
- Develop operations material for self-service across multiple teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the Go-To-Market tech stack.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in CRM and other systems.
- Act as a point of contact for revenue-related systems and processes.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver clean data for use cases across various teams.

This role requires you to have:
- 3+ years experience in an Analyst role within a B2B or SaaS company
- Experience with automation platforms and CRMs
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM systems and various Marketing and Sales Platforms
- SQL proficiency
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and analytics tools such as Metabase or other BI tools
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with SalesForce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo
- Git experience
