In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with chemists to analyze experimental data.
• Create quantitative models for coating performance and manage relevant data capture.

• Represent R&D in Jotun's digitalization efforts and collaborate across departments.
• Pursue ongoing learning in data science methods and technologies.
• Lead data science projects from conception to operationalization.

This role requires you to have:

• PhD or MSc in a STEM field
• Significant experience in data analysis and advanced modeling
• Expertise in computational modeling, advanced statistics, machine learning, and programming
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
