In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and manage finance BI reports, dashboards, models, and data processes.
• Train and support end users within the finance community for high adoption and satisfaction.
• Oversee initiatives, workstreams, projects, and manage the Finance analytics Kanban board.
• Act as the primary contact for finance user requests, coordinating with various teams.
• Analyze data to generate insights for improvement of processes and systems.
• Explore new technologies and methods in AI, systems, and tools for process innovation.

This role requires you to have:

• Extensive experience in analytics, BI development, and DWH/ETL processes.
• Advanced skills in Tableau, SQL, and Power Platform.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English with proficiency in Norwegian or Swedish as an advantage.
