Xeneta, a leader in freight rate benchmarking and market analytics, is looking for a Junior Data Analyst in Oslo. The role involves managing complex data for some of the world's largest companies, ensuring data quality and structure for rate benchmarking. The analyst will work closely with customers and contribute to process improvements.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Process complex global freight data ensuring accurate delivery to the platform.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to address customer data requests.
• Understand global ocean and air freight transport dynamics and pricing.
• Develop data management solutions with Data Science, Tech, and Product teams.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• Solid proficiency in Excel.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• High attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Team player, capable of working independently.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with complex unstructured datasets in Excel.
