• Uncover meaningful insights through strong analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement data and analytics strategies.
• Create impactful insights from diverse data sources.
• Develop recommendations to enhance strategy, experience design, and creative processes.
• Craft and maintain dynamic visualisations and dashboards using BI tools.
• Identify data trends to discover business opportunities.
• Oversee data tracking systems and implement quality assurance measures.
• Optimize data pipelines with data engineering teams.
• Guide data governance and ensure best practices.
• Mentor junior analysts in analytics capabilities.
• Present analytics findings to clients with effective storytelling.
• Champion data-driven decision-making within the organization.
• Innovate problem-solving strategies using data.

This role requires you to have:

• Minimum of five years' experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
• Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker Studio.
• Strong experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data modelling.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Understanding of data governance and privacy standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
