Data Analyst

ArchiPro is expanding its Data team with the addition of a Data Analyst. This role is crucial in extracting and analyzing data to guide strategic initiatives across sales, marketing, and product development. Working closely with three Data Engineers, the Data Analyst will drive data-focused decision-making and help cultivate a data-centric culture within the company.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analyze large datasets within Snowflake to uncover trends and insights.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports, transitioning from Power BI.
• Evaluate and implement new BI tools to meet business needs.
• Enhance data reporting processes with an emphasis on automation.
• Work with Data Engineers to improve data quality and governance.
• Promote data literacy throughout the organization.
• Identify and implement process improvements within business intelligence.
• Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in data analytics.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in SQL, with familiarity in Snowflake or similar platforms.
• Advanced skills in spreadsheet tools and experience with Python or R.
• Experience in data visualization and dashboard creation with BI tools.
• Project management skills for managing end-to-end project lifecycles.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Understanding of publishing and digital marketplaces.
