The role is critical in supporting the Strategy and Planning office to provide top-tier statistical analysis for university planning. The team aims to uphold the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and foster global leadership through its educators.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Support the university's enrolment forecast process.
• Generate statistics and analysis for key university reports, including annual and performance reports.
• Provide data and analysis for strategic initiatives focusing on student success.
• Conduct demographic and market share analysis for university reviews.
• Predict future trends related to student success and engagement.
• Source and analyze statistical data from both internal and external databases.
• Utilize data visualization tools like PowerBI for clear data presentation.
• Ensure accuracy and methodological appropriateness in all data analyses.
• Document result methodologies for knowledge transfer and best practices.

This role requires you to have:

• Complex data analysis and modelling expertise.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, preferably PowerBI.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
