In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Assist with data collection from various HR sources like PayGlobal and Snaphire.
• Validate and clean data to ensure accurate PX reports and surveys.
• Perform statistical analysis using tools like Excel and SQL to uncover trends.
• Provide preliminary insights and visualizations for business partners.
• Help generate reports to monitor key business objectives, such as diversity metrics.

This role requires you to have:

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Statistics, or Data Analytics.
