Aroturuki Tamariki, the Independent Children's Monitor, part of the oversight system monitoring Oranga Tamariki, seeks an Analyst Data and Insights. This role supports the team by providing insightful analysis and reporting on data collected from community engagements, aiming to drive systemic change for tamariki, especially tamariki Māori.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative analysis on data collected from community engagements
• Collaborate with other teams during the monitoring process
• Ensure accurate data collection, recording, and reporting
• Perform data entry and analysis
• Conduct quality assurance
• Write clear, concise reports

This role requires you to have:

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• At least one year of relevant work experience
• Strong qualitative analysis skills, preferably with NVivo experience
• Excellent report writing skills
• Outstanding relationship management and communication abilities
• A can-do attitude with a focus on delivery

• Quantitative analysis experience with tools such as MS Excel, SQL, or PowerBI
