In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect, manipulate, and analyze data to support policy advice.
• Engage with stakeholders across MBIE and relevant sectors.
• Deliver analytical outputs and quantitative insights for decision-making.
• Support energy modelling and analysis within the Markets Domain.
• Develop and maintain data systems in the RSBED Domain.

This role requires you to have:

• Background in econometrics, applied economics, statistics, or data science.
• Experience with R or similar statistical programming language.
