• Conduct HR data analysis, insights, and reporting
• Support internal stakeholders and external HR software providers
• Compile cyclical reports and maintain organizational charts
• Uphold critical employee data accuracy

This role requires you to have:

• Tertiary degree in HR, business administration, data analytics, or related field
• Over 2 years of experience in data analysis for enterprise reporting
