This role requires you to have:

• Proven experience with data management and analysis in the public sector.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills.
• Advanced proficiency in programming tools such as MS Excel, R-studio, Power BI, Stata, and SQL.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
