The New Zealand Government Property Office is dedicated to managing a significant office accommodation portfolio and centralizing government property functions. This permanent role in Wellington is critical for informing strategic decisions and supporting the Government Property Office's operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality property management services, utilizing their data insights to guide strategic directions.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collect and manage data to generate insights for strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with the Lead Advisor Property Information and Performance.
- Analyze data to drive stakeholder initiatives and operational improvements.

- Experience in data analysis and data quality management.
- Proficiency in data visualization and governance frameworks.
- Ability to manipulate and analyze data for reporting purposes.
- Knowledge of transactional and reporting databases.

- Experience with R, Power BI, and SQL.
- Competence with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel.
