The Senior Data Scientist role is integral to the Risk Analytics and Data Science team within Immigration New Zealand, playing a crucial part in the Enabling Foundations Workstream to advance immigration systems.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy analytics models and network analytics capabilities.
• Support implementation of the Risk Analytics Platform and connection to ADEPT.
• Engage proactively with team and stakeholders to assess risk and recommend solutions for data science projects.
• Contribute to managing existing models and continuous improvement.
• Support the business-as-usual activities of the RADS team.
