In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Create and maintain semantic data models using a modern BI abstraction layer.
- Develop and enhance Looker dashboards for business decision support.
- Perform detailed analysis on structured and unstructured data for product improvement.
- Ensure data validation and integrity checks across datasets.
- Support data governance and privacy practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data requirements into technical specifications.
- Assist marketing, product, and compliance teams with data-related tasks.

This role requires you to have:
- At least 2 years of experience as a data analyst, data engineer, or technical business analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with modern BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Familiarity with semantic data modeling and LookML.
- Knowledge of data governance and privacy standards.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with Big Query.
- Understanding of persistence strategies.
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and tools like Dataform or DBT.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Statistics, or Computer Science.
- Knowledge or experience in data engineering.
