In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver on catalog automation tools, including coordination of data and metadata requirements.
  • Maintain applications and manage interchange files accurately.
  • Ensure application databases adhere to industry and customer standards.
  • Address customer metadata inquiries promptly.
  • Identify and analyze data using internal systems and databases.
  • Support the business in identifying information needs.
  • Respond to data requests by analyzing internal and external sources.
  • Resolve internal data issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with database specialists on data extraction queries.
  • Identify and feedback gaps in internal systems to engineering teams.

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years experience in database management or data analytics within media and entertainment.
  • Data management, extraction, cleaning, transformation, and visualization skills.
  • SQL proficiency for data extraction and decision-making.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive thinker.
  • Excellent in time management and problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills for internal and external audiences.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work after-hours across multiple time zones.
