- Lead team development and recruitment for Data and Automation roles.
- Develop client relationships and identify business opportunities.
- Lead proposal and bid development for business growth.
- Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of data analytics and automated processes.
- Promote automation solutions in Stantec NZ and APAC.
- Take on the role of Project Technical Lead in project delivery.
- Support the development and use of digital products.
