Te Puni Kōkiri serves as a primary policy advisor for the New Zealand government's approach to Māori wellbeing and development. They seek a Data Analyst to join their Strategy division’s Data & Insights team. This opportunity arises from an internal secondment, aiming to enhance their influence by providing exceptional policy advice and ensuring accountability in public service delivery to the Māori community.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Manage data in alignment with Māori Data Governance frameworks
- Provide analytics support to Ministry staff
- Present data findings to senior stakeholders
- Contribute to the team’s work program
