In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head of Service Operations to enhance operational excellence across the European Business entities.
• Analyze key operational performance metrics to identify data-driven improvement opportunities.
• Engage with key operational stakeholders to support processes and identify business enhancements.
• Manage project-specific tasks in line with country and group requirements.
• Coordinate specific initiatives during country secondments.
