Avalanche Studios Group is searching for a Senior Data Scientist to join their Data team and drive data strategy for 'Contraband,' an innovative AAA co-op open-world game published by Microsoft. The role involves crafting and executing analytics strategies in a live gaming setting, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, and ensuring alignment on game and business objectives.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop analytics strategies for a live premium AAA game.
• Collaborate with Data, Product, Creative, and Tech teams.
• Design and implement data models, pipelines, A/B tests, and dashboards.
• Analyze KPIs for actionable insights.
• Ensure effective communication with Microsoft's teams.
• Promote data excellence and mentor team members.
• Conduct code and methodology reviews.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in gaming.
• Experience leading analytics strategies for live games or products.
