Groupe SII is looking for a skilled Data Analyst to support the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) implementation for banking clients. The role involves handling business and functional requirement collection, data sourcing, mapping, profiling, modeling, and developing a data hub. The team will also automate ETL processes and create a reporting engine to meet DORA standards. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Build an information register at entity, sub-consolidated, and consolidated levels by DORA requirements
- Gather and model data from various sources
- Design and write ETL scripts
- Generate detailed reports
- Implement technical standards for ICT service contractual arrangements information register
- Plan and schedule interviews with clients’ Application Owners and Providers to identify DORA data needs
- Analyze DORA data requirements
- Drive requirement work with ROI key stakeholders, future ROI application owners, and providers

This role requires you to have:
- Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and visualization
- Experience in designing and writing ETL scripts
- Strong SQL knowledge for database querying and management
- Familiarity with DORA regulations
- Expertise in data cleaning, transformation, and preparation
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
