Data Analyst (CRM Specialist) - Temporary Role for 13 months

The Customer Activation team aims to bring the brand's direction to life through strategic touchpoints, leveraging data insights to enhance customer experience and drive business growth. The role is within the Insights and Development team, focusing on optimizing H&M's CRM tools.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze customer data to identify patterns and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the global CRM team to enhance strategy and customer journeys.
• Contribute to regular business performance analysis from a CRM perspective.
• Optimize global customer journeys using insights from triggered engagements.
• Serve as the CRM point of contact for all reports and KPIs.
• Create data visualizations and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Develop CRM report packages on Google Cloud Platform.

This role requires you to have:

• Academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in data analysis and large data sets.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Skill in data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication with cross-functional teams.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with customer data and CRM business understanding.
• Familiarity with cloud analytics environments such as GCP.
