In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Contribute to the product/team's short- and long-term agenda as a Data Analyst.
• Set and follow up on KPIs to track OKRs.
• Collaborate with team members to perform data discovery and build data products.
• Transform complex data into business insights through advanced analytics.
• Effectively communicate findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Document analysis to ensure stakeholder understanding.
• Share insights within Communities of Practice to foster continuous learning.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Statistics, Engineering, or Business.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like PowerBI.
• Theoretical and applied statistics knowledge.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with Python or R.
• Familiarity with git and transformation tools such as dbt.
• Strong understanding of H&M's business operations and product development principles.
