In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead data analysis efforts across product and domain.
• Define KPIs and assess product performance.
• Identify business needs and translate them into use cases.
• Explore large datasets and optimize data queries.
• Engage in stakeholder meetings to share insights and updates.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders on data initiatives.
• Lead data modeling for optimal structure.
• Promote best practices and process improvements.
• Mentor junior analysts and advise on strategic matters.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with Git, Python/R.
• Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI.
• Strong knowledge of statistics.
• Advanced presentation skills for engaging stakeholders.
• Experience in data product development and ownership.
• Proven leadership in project management and team mentoring.
