In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and maintain operational reports to optimize areas such as digital sales and CRM activities.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify business and customer satisfaction drivers.
• Develop analytical data products for CRM use.
• Identify and implement new data pipelines.
• Provide strategic insights to enhance the customer journey.
• Support stakeholders in understanding data and analytics to evaluate business results.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in a similar role
• Data transformation and programming skills in SQL and Python
• Data visualization experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Databricks and BigQuery
• Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language
