Customer Data Analyst - Loyalty

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze internal and external data to drive business decisions.
• Create and test what-if scenarios and experiments related to member behavior.
• Deliver data insights to guide the development of the Loyalty program.
• Build predictive models for customer segmentation and personalization.
• Promote data awareness and support data-driven decision-making.
• Establish best practices for increased analytics adoption.

This role requires you to have:

• At least 3 years of experience in a data analyst role.
• Proficiency in SQL for working with large data sets.
• Experience with Snowflake and BigQuery/Google Cloud.
• Proficient in visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Looker Studio.
• Experience with data analysis using Python or R.
