In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and implement KPIs, OKRs, and metrics for People & Culture.
• Create and maintain standardized reporting templates.
• Conduct audits and standardize headcount processes across brands.
• Track and visualize global organizational changes.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management and sub-organizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for data accuracy and alignment.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret People & Culture data.
• Ensure data accuracy across various HR systems.
• Support the development of reports and presentations for meetings.
