Nymle is facilitating a data analyst contract role for a client, requiring the candidate to be stationed in Stockholm. The position is designed to aid in resolving strategic challenges by supporting data-informed decision processes. The successful candidate will work within a product team and contribute to advancing data-driven recommendations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead data-driven decision making within your team by transforming data into insights and actionable recommendations.
• Develop and sustain analytics tools that bolster business decision-making.
• Oversee the analysis process, including defining problems, data extraction and cleaning, analysis, visualization, and presenting findings with the Data & Analytics Team.
• Translate business problems into structured data analyses and establish measurable KPIs and OKRs.
• Serve as the data analytics expert within cross-functional teams to address business challenges with data solutions.
• Engage with various business stakeholders on diverse challenges, including customer, sales, marketing, merchandising, and finance.
• Participate in the wider analytics community.

This role requires you to have:

• Understanding of marketing channels attribution models like MTA and MMM.
• Experience in data analysis using Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
• Proficiency in data integration and ETL platforms such as Adverity and Dataddo.
• Familiarity with digital advertising strategies and SEO techniques.
• Qualification in a quantitative field such as economics, business, or statistics.
• Strong business acumen to make interpretations of data.
• Excellent communication skills for elucidating complex analysis.
• Expertise in advanced SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience in building analytical tools with PowerBI or Looker.
• Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analytics solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud analytics stacks like Azure SQL Server or GCP BigQuery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel functions like power pivot and DAX.
• Fluency in English.
