Rasulson Consulting AB is searching for a passionate Data Community Manager to join their AI, Analytics & Data Tech Center in Stockholm. This role centers on developing a strong data analytics community and creating impactful training programs. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to promote data literacy and innovation.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to develop and update onboarding and training materials for data analysts.
• Lead forums to establish working practices and communicate decisions.
• Drive data-driven initiatives such as educational programs and events.
• Build and maintain a learning-focused data community.
• Plan and execute activities like hackathons and webinars to promote data insights.
• Create engaging content for multiple communication channels to foster data literacy.
• Track and report on KPIs to assess community engagement and training effectiveness.

This role requires you to have:

• Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage both details and strategic contexts.
• Experience working cross-functionally and engaging stakeholders.
• Experience in planning and executing successful events.
• Strong understanding of current technology trends.
