In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and implement KPIs, OKRs, and metrics for the People & Culture function.
• Design and maintain standardized reporting templates and systems.
• Conduct audits of headcount processes ensuring standardization.
• Track and visualize global organizational changes.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data alignment and accuracy.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data for People & Culture metrics.
• Ensure data integrity across various systems.
• Generate insights and recommendations through data analysis.
• Support development of reports and visualizations for management and union meetings.
