The Data Engineer will play a crucial role in understanding player behavior to improve game experiences. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines with GCP tools.
• Develop ETL processes for data ingestion and transformation.
• Collaborate with teams to understand and address data requirements.
• Optimize data models and enhance query performance.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and security.
• Implement data security best practices.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, preferably in gaming or tech.
• Effective communication skills.
• Problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Hands-on with GCP, especially BigQuery and Dataflow.
• Proficiency in Python or Java for ETL processes.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of data modeling and scalable schema design.
